Green Hummus Recipe by @Little Kale Girl

Serves 2 (5 cups)

Ingredients

1 can of chickpeas (drained) 

1 cup spinach 

1 cup basil 

1/2 cup parsley 

1/3 cup zucchini 

Handful of chives 

1 garlic roasted ( you can add fresh 3 cloves) 

1 teaspoons cumin powder 

1 teaspoons Himalayan salt 

1 lemon 

1 cup extra virgin olive oil 

1/4 cup tahini

Method

1. To your Vitamix add lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, tahini followed by all the vegetables and spices 

2. Blend for 20 seconds at speed 8 until creamy consistency.

3. I have garnished it with cherry tomatoes, sesame seeds, parsley and extra virgin olive oil.
