We focus on bringing you budget-friendly, simple solutions to help you achieve your daily 5 servings of vegetables. Every veg counts and every veg you eat means that you’re investing in your health!

 what is a serve of veg?

Adding more veg to your diet is easier than you may think but a ‘serve’ of Veg can look different to all of us.

It could look like:

  • 1 medium tomato

  • 1/2 potato

  • 75g or ½ cup cooked or frozen veg

  • 1 cup salad / raw veg

  • Or about the size of your fist

You can always check the serving suggestion if it’s packaged or take a look at our handy guide below on serving tips for a variety of different vegetables.
