Mango madness smoothie

Serves 1
Ingredients
1-2 cups of cold water or coconut water
1 cup frozen mango (or flesh of one fresh mango)
1 tsp lime zest
½ cup cauliflower, chopped
½ cup zucchini, chopped
1 tbsp of hemp seeds
Dash of turmeric powder
Method
Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend until smooth and serve.
