Crunchy Peanut Boats

Serves 6

Ingredients

2 long sticks celery

¼ cup Crunchy Sanitarium Peanut Butter

1 small carrot, peeled and finely shredded or cut into fine strips

2 tbsp sultanas

Method

1. Cut the celery into 10 cm pieces.

2. Generously fill the centre of each piece with peanut butter.

3. Carefully pile the carrot onto the peanut butter and top with sultanas.

4. Serve immediately.
