Farmhouse Vegetables With Lamb

Ingredients

2 lamb backstraps (approx. 500g)

2 tablespoons dukkah

2 tablespoons oil

600g packet frozen Birds Eye Seasoned Sides - Farmhouse

Method

  1. Coat lamb backstraps with dukkah. Heat half the oil in a frypan over medium heat and cook lamb for 4 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking. Remove from pan, cover with foil and allow to rest.

  2. Wipe frypan clean and heat the remaining oil. Add Birds Eye Vegetables and cook following packet directions.

  3. Slice lamb into ½cm slices and divide evenly between 4 serving plates. Serve with vegetables on the side.

Tips

Serve with cooked and crispy Birds Eye Chips of choice.
