Super Immune Smoothie

Serves 1
Ingredients
2 cup liquid of choice (water or coconut water)
1/3 cup leafy greens
1/3 cup cucumber pieces
1⁄2 medium carrot
1 mandarin (peel & seeds removed)
Thin slice of lemon with skin on
1 tbsp ginger
2 tbsp mixed seeds (hemp / flax / chia)
Method
Combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth
