• What's in Season?

Seasonality refers to the times of year when the harvesting (or picking) of fruit or vegetable is at its peak. Vegetables in season are more fresh, flavourful, nutritious, cheap, sustainable and better for the environment. A good rule of thumb is that if it's locally grown and on special - it's probably in season!

It's spring in Australia so certain vegetables will be readily available and cheaper to buy than vegetables that are not in season.
